Outfit // Fitted with Rosettes

An absolute favorite detail of mine is the rosette. I am a sucker for anything of the sort, so of course when I found this top from China Doll Boutique  I had to have it. It is the perfect softness to add to any rugged piece, like these acid wash cut-off Levi's. Always trying to make a balance, that's my game.

Outfits // The Red, White & Blue

It is my first Fourth of July in New York City. While most people are at the beach somewhere in the Hamptons, I opted to stay here and experience the holiday in one of the first cities in America.  Here you will find rooftop BBQs, kids running through spewing fire hydrants, and fireworks shining even brighter than the city lights.

Outfit // Pattern Mixer

I am such a fan of mixing patterns. A top or skirt that has been in your closet for a while is instantly new when paired with a vibrant print. Here I went a little crazy and combined florals, stripes, and an abstract print. Somehow, I find that it works. Also, check out my new bracelets from Wanderlust & Co! I am completely obsessed with this brand, and love accessorizing their studded bracelets with my super girly outfits for a rugged edge.

Outfit // Heat Wave

It is not even July and we have already experienced our second heat wave of the season here in NYC. From here on out it's shorts, tees, and messy up-dos. A cold soda pop in hand is most likely how you will find me. As miserable as the heat is, there is something inevitably great about the summer.
