Fleeting Moments

Small moments this past week that did not go unnoticed... a cozy sunday morning with coffee and a book, kitty cuddles, flowers + candles, ice tea hot day, a beautiful boy, and new leather boots just waiting to be broken in. I love capturing the fleeting moments that happen in my everyday life. Sometimes those end up being the best photos of all.

A Walk In The Park

I am so lucky to live next to this beautiful little park. Often you'll find that my outfit shots are taken here because I just love the peaceful escape it allows from the city. Here I am wearing yet another pinafore... I don't think I can have too many! Also rocking my new Coach bag... the perfect summer carry-all. I can't get over this lovely brown color.

Beach Day at Coney

Beach daysss at Coney Island! Probably one of the funnest beaches to attend. Yes the crowds are insane and quite eclectic, but there is nothing like sunbathing with the beautiful ocean views before you and the historic roller coasters in the distance behind you. Plus the fact that cotton candy is readily available in between swims is pretty much perfect. Spent the day with Rachel, chatting over a sparkling watermelon lemonade cocktail I ever-so-sneakily brought to the beach. Such a great time.

Sunset Picnic

Hands down one of my favorite things about summer in the city is lounging on a rooftop in Brooklyn with nothing but good friends, delicious food, and beautiful views. Christina and I went to our friends apartment in BK where on the way we decided to grab supplies for a makeshift little picnic on the roof. Laid out a few blankets and made it up just in time for sunset. We ended up staying there for hours until the sun went down and the city lights became out lantern. I live for moments like this.

Cream Dreams

Oh boy, am I a fan of little white dresses. This one is especially special because I got it from my favorite vintage boutique Grey Dog and is from the 60's yet in perfect condition. Anytime I want to look pretty, I put this baby on and I'm instantly in a good mood. Hope you all are having a good one!
