Oh boy has it been a while! I have to say... 

I have missed you all so much! I know my absence was quite a long one. Maybe a bit too long, but what can I say... after almost five years of blogging I needed just a bit of a break to gather inspiration and just have a bit of a cleanse. It's been a strange past month with it's ups and downs. But I have started the new year with a clear head and goals to make it the best year yet! I just got back to NYC from a refreshing trip to Texas where I got to spend time with friends and family. Now I am back in my favorite city in the world, ready to kick this years butt! 

I am starting off my first post year with a partnership from DailyLook! This adorable native-inspired coat is from their site, a piece I knew I had to have! I love the faux-fur lining and have been rocking it on these super cold nyc days we have been having. Anyway, expect to see a lot more of me this month! Cannot wait to share with you all everything I have in store.

Sweater Weather

And say hello to my absolute favorite Christmas sweater! I am sure you all have seen it on my blog/instagram, but here I paired it with my new favorite dress from 23 Skidoo Clothes !

I just love an exaggerated collar, so obviously I was immediately drawn to this dress. Plus I am a sucker for the LWD. I wore this dress in a more casual setting so I paired this sweater over it. I definitely plan on wearing it to upcoming holiday parties though. It has a beautiful white floral detailing underneath that I can't wait to share with you all.

Anyways, it's a dreary Monday here in NYC, but I am making the most of it! Headed to a holiday party tonight with some of my favorites. Hope everyone is having a good one.

Crimson Blush

I am always drawn to a pop of red as an accent in my outfits...

I have always loved the color red (it is by far my favorite) , and love incorporating it into my outfits in some shape or form. Whether it be in my signature red lips or a novelty bag, it always appears somewhere in my daily looks. That's why I love this moto jacket by Missguided. I was obviously drawn to it immediately! It is a light suede material so it has been perfect for these odd warm days we have been having in NYC.

Anyway, I hope you all are having a great Tuesday! Can you believe it's almost Thanksgiving? I surely cannot.
