Sheer Genious

12 April 2009

Above is my absolute favorite 'going out' outfit. The floral skirt is so fun, and can be dressed up with a simple pairing of black and heels. Plus, the sheer back of the top adds a night time element.

I'm finally back after driving a total of 17 hours this weekend to see my best friend who is going to school in... Alabama! I must say that there is not anything like some southern comfort. I pretty much blew off everything and all the work I have to do to be with my favorite people in the world. Anyways, I got tagged by the lovely carocream about a week ago and I've been excited to get to it. Here goes:

Rules:1. Respond and rework: answer the questions on your blog, replace one question that you dislike with a question of your own invention, add one more question of your own.

2. Tag eight other un-tagged people. Here it goes...

What is your current obsession?
Photography and ringpops

What is your weirdest obsession?
Red umbrellas! I had a red one with a ruffled trim and I will not rest until I find one again.

What are you wearing today?
jeans and scarf and cardi- a basic lazy day outfit of mine.

What would you like to learn to do?
I would love to actually become fluent in french

What are the last things you bought?
Ringpops, coffee and gasoline ( im on a shopping ban)

What are you listening to right now?
Dr. Dog- Heart it Races

What is your favorite weather?
The weather on the first day of fall. So cool and crisp and the excitment of winter is in the air.

What is on your bedside table?
a clock, a book and water

What is your most challenging goal right now?
Finishing this semester with the grades I want

What do you think about the person who tagged you?
She is a lovely photohrapher!

Where would you like to be?
I have been craving the beach for about the last 3 months

Who is your favorite designer?
Do I have to pick just one? Because that simply cannot be done... :) I'll say Marc Jacobs, Luella, Chloe, YSL and Chanel

What would you like to have in your hands right now?
coffee (this is 90% of the time)

If you could have a house totally paid for, fully furnished anywhere in the world, where would you like it to be?
Paris or London!

Which language do you want to learn?
French fluently

What's your favorite color?
gray, black, and purple

What is your dream job?
Stylist :)

What are your plans for this summer?
Califoria, and then working my life away for London!

What is your favorite magazine?
Harper's Bazaar & Vogue

Who is your style-icon?
Alexa Chung

Favourite movie:
Annie Hall

And I tag... Lydia, Happy Because, and Flair to Remember :)

Wearing: delias skirt; Silence & Noise top; wal-mart tights.
