Showers Brought Flowers/Anarchy Street Giveaway!

If it is not obvious, these photos (minus the fourth one) were taken on 35mm,
hence the grainy-ness and imperfection. One of the many reasons why overall
I prefer film to digital. Anyways, I graciously received this vintage dress from
The Kissing Tree Vintage. I can honestly say that this is the best vintage
e-bay shop that I have come by. They have a vast selection from 70's pleated
maxi's, to 90's grunge. It was love at first site! Plus, the shop is updated weekly
which is very good/bad, haha. Anyways, I love the simplicity of this dress,
and added a wee bit of quirkyness with my favorite bow-tie.

In other good news, I have another giveaway for you all! Remember that

Dreamy Vintage

A lot of you always ask where my favorite places to shop are/where I get
my vintage pieces. Well I get most of my favorite dresses and more from
this vintage boutique right here in Fayetteville, Arkansas. It is called Grey Dog,
and it is nothing short of amazing! Located inside of a vintage 1970's airstream
trailer, it is just the most charming little place ever.
Plus the owner Molly is such a sweetheart! I am also lucky enough to work here sometimes. Being surrounded by beautiful clothing from decades past is most definitely the dream job! So if you are ever down south, stopping here is a must!

I wish I lived in the 1970's

Friday is finally here! Thank goodness, because I have really been
needing a break. Although let's be honest... I still have to study for
biology all weekend! Oh well, I really cannot complain because I am
going to be completely finished in two weeks. Oh boy, oh boy!

Anyways, onto the outfit. I received this amazing jumpsuit from
Anarchy Street and I am completely obsessed! The long vertical stripes
make me feel super tall. And who doesn't like feeling super tall? I also
received this lovely bracelet/ring as well and I have been rocking it
with simple outfits to add a little flair lately. As for the bag, I was
eyeing it at the vintage boutique I work at for weeks! Just a bit
inspired by Becky-May's beautiful woven baskets as bags, I decided to
put my little twist on the trend.
