Summer Floral Turned Fall

26 September 2010

Argh! I have no idea why some of these photos are clear, and
the other ones are not. It is very frustrating. Does anyone know
of a good lens to use for the Canon Rebel? I am in dyer need of one.
Anyways... as you all know, I am the queen of florals. With so
many great summer florals, there is just no way that I could
put them away all winter. I love finding new ways to mix
summer/fall attire. Of course there are a few failures along
the way, but finding the perfect mix can be so rewarding!

I hope everyone had a lovely weekend! The low tonight
is 45 degrees which makes me SO so happy. Cheers to
fall!

wearing: kimchi blue dress; f21 blazer; thrifted bag; Topshop oxfords.

Yayy!! I'm so happy it's fall JUST so I can see wonderful posts like these from you. I love this!! I never thought to put florals and a blazer together so I feel utterly incompetent. But you are loveelllyy and I'm taking notes:)

I absolutely adore this outfit! I have a feeling I say this to you a lot... but you look so gorgeous.

I wear summer florals throughout autumn and winter, too! I don't see a problem with it!

I love your shoes! It's nice to be making the transition into fall but still keeping with the florals :) Mixing summer and fall clothes is always fun! I hope you work out the frustrating camera issues, and have a lovely week!

So I came to your blog for some inspiration on how to wear a blazer I just bought and lo and behold the first post I come to, you're wearing one!

I definitely love how you brought this summer dress into fall. Great look girl.

And yay for this weather! The low here is in the 50s tonight!!

I'm also a huge fan of finding ways to mix florals into my fall and winter wardrobe. I just did a post where i paired a floral skirt with a jean jacket. Check it out!

You look great! What lens do you have? My favorite it the fixed 50mm 1.8 lens...it's cheap too.

Love your shoes and you bag!
Perhaps it has something to do with you shutter speed? When it's dark your camera will automatically lengthen the shutter speed (so unless you're really super still it'll show motion) - so maybe try manually setting it?
Apart from that I'm no expert :P
(also dyer = dire)

i really dont think you have unique personal style. i see every blogger doing the blazer, dress, florals. if anything youre a mirror image of others' style, at best.

or what i mean to say is youre a typical, generic, safe blogger. and im not sure what youre contributing.
